The T20I tri-series will be a round-robin league with all teams taking on each other twice, totalling six matches. That mean the two highest point scoring teams make it into the finals which is played between each other. The teams receive points for a victory as the net run rate comes to play if two or more sides are locked on equal points. This way there is something to play for in every match which makes the series more exciting and competitive.
Key Players to Watch
- Canada: Be wary of the explosive batsmen — especially Nicholas Curtin and Aaron Johnson — and top bowlers such as Saad Bin Zafar who can tilt the scales in no time.
- Naples: Their top-order batsmen Rohit Paudel and Arjun Saud are renowned for their consistent run-scoring, complemented by a young pacer who has been gathering headlines of late.
- Oman: An all-rounder who can deliver with both bat and ball, also an effective spinner in T20 cricket. Canada Tri-Nation Series
